Once you connect your LloydsDirect account to your GP, your medicine list is automatically updated based on what your GP surgery has on file for you.
There are a few reasons that it could be incorrect:
Your GP has not updated your file yet.
Your GP prescribed your medicine as a one-off treatment.
You haven't had a new prescription for this medicine in a very long time.
Your GP has not added the medication to your "repeat medication list".
We are unable to adjust what is shown on your medicine list as that is between you and your GP.
