When you request your prescription, LloydsDirect will ask you to make a request for the medication you have added to your medication list. The information that we will send your GP will only include the name of the medicine and the strength.
Your GP will then issue a prescription stating the:
and we will dispense accordingly.
If you require a specific brand, quantity or dose, please do speak with your GP directly so they can update this on your patient record. Please also ensure your preference is clearly stated on the prescription LloydsDirect receives so we can dispense according to these instructions.
