Since 2015, we’ve been helping people order, track and get reminders for their NHS prescriptions, all in one place. And get their medicine delivered, for free.

When we joined the LloydsPharmacy family in 2019, we saw it as a chance to build an even better pharmacy experience. One that didn’t make people choose between online and their local pharmacy, but instead gave them both.

Today, we’re an online pharmacy that’s local, too. We deliver the best of digital and community pharmacy – direct to over half a million people. And our new name reflects this.

But although our name has changed, our mission is the same. We’re still making NHS prescriptions simple for everyone. You can still use the same login details to access your account and our app. There’s no need to tell your GP, and you don’t need to update your preferred pharmacy
