We do our best to make sure your medicine reaches you safely. But once your parcel leaves our warehouse, what happens is beyond our control – and damage can occasionally happen.
If your package arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible so we can try to solve the problem.
We’ll need you send us some photos, showing:
the dispensing label, showing your name and the pharmacy name on each box of medicine you received
the manufacturer's barcode for each medicine, which should be printed on the box
the damage itself, including the medicine or delivery box
Once you have these photos, contact us.
