Migration over to Pharmacy2U

LloydsDirect will no longer dispense prescriptions from the 31st August. To have prescriptions delivered, create account with Pharmacy2U

LloydsDirect has joined the Pharmacy2U family and as the two businesses come together, we’re working closely to ensure a seamless transition for LloydsDirect patients.

From 31st August 2025, LloydsDirect will stop dispensing prescriptions and this service will fully transfer over to Pharmacy2U. This means you will no longer be able to request any prescriptions with LloydsDirect and your account will have limited functionality.

If you have received an email to migrate over to Pharmacy, please complete the steps to move your account over and confirm all the details are correct. It’s important to do this as soon as possible.

If you have not received a migration email and would like to continue having your medication delivered, please create a new account with Pharmacy2U here. Alternatively, if you already have an account, please try logging here. If you have forgotten your password, you can request for a reset directly on the same page.
