We recommend that you use LloydsDirect only if your GP surgery is EPS-enabled.

If your practice isn't part of the NHS Electronic Prescription Service, we can only offer a limited service. This means we cannot contact your GP to request your items, and you will need to post your paper prescriptions to LloydsDirect Pharmacy at your own risk.

Due to current capacity, please contact us if you have a paper prescription to ensure we are able to dispense your medicine within the required timeframe.
