We recommend you use LloydsDirect only if your GP surgery uses electronic prescriptions.

If your GP surgery does not use the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS), the service we offer will be limited. We will not be able to contact your GP to request your items, and you'll need to post your paper prescriptions to us at your own risk.
