How to add someone else to your LloydsDirect account so you can order, track and get reminders for their prescriptions.

You can add friends, family or someone else you care for to your account. This lets you order medicine for them and get reminders when their medicine is running low.

Note: If you’re adding someone over the age of 16, make sure you have their consent first.

  1. Log in to LloydsDirect.

  2. Go to Account.

  3. Select Add another person.

  4. Find the GP surgery of the person you’re adding.

  5. Enter their personal details.
    ​Note: Make sure you enter the address their GP has on file for them. You can add a different delivery address later.

  6. Check the boxes to agree to our terms and conditions, confirm that LloydsDirect will be this person’s preferred pharmacy, and confirm that we can access their Summary Care Record.

  7. Select Complete.

You can now add medicines to their profile and order for them, just like you would for yourself.
