Removing medicine from your account

How to remove medicine from your account, plus why you might not see the option to add or remove medicine.

Updated over a week ago
  1. Go to Medicine.

  2. In Your medicines, select the medicine you want to remove.

  3. Select Remove medicine.

The medicine will now be removed from your account. If you want to order it in the future, you'll need to add it to your account again.

Not see the option to remove medicine?

If you log in using NHS login or you’re connected with your GP’s online services, you will not be able to add or remove medicines yourself.

Your LloydsDirect account will be connected directly to the NHS system. This means it will always reflect the medicines your GP has on file for you, and only your GP can add or remove medicines.

If something doesn't seem right about your medicine list, contact us.
