Help after nominating Pharmacy2U

Help for people who recently changed their nominated pharmacy from LloydsDirect to Pharmacy2U.

Updated over a week ago

Ordering medicine

After you consent to make Pharmacy2U your new nominated pharmacy, you’ll get a new account with Pharmacy2U.

Once Pharmacy2U have created your account, you’ll get an email with instructions on how to use it and how to place future orders using Pharmacy2U.

Order reminders

You’ll continue to get order reminders. Once Pharmacy2U is your nominated pharmacy, they’ll send your future order reminders.

Deliveries

Medicine you order from Pharmacy2U will be sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Your account and payment details

When you made Pharmacy2U your nominated pharmacy, we shared some information, like your delivery address, to create your Pharmacy2U account.

You’ll need to add payment details to your Pharmacy2U account because we do not transfer your financial information for your security. Pharmacy2U will send instructions on how to update payment details and exemptions when they activate your account.

Using the app

You’ll need to use the Pharmacy2U app to manage your future orders.

You can still use the LloydsDirect app to view your order history. But you should place any new orders using the Pharmacy2U app.

GP communications

Your prescriptions will still be managed with the same care and coordination with your GP. After you nominate Pharmacy2U, they’ll start to communicate with your GP for any new orders.

Who to contact for more help

After you nominate Pharmacy2U as your new pharmacy, you should contact Pharmacy2U for help with your orders.
