Getting your medication from requesting to arriving with you can take 5-10 days, depending on your GP. Our process involves getting the prescription from your GP, carrying out checks by our pharmacists and putting it in the mail to your delivery address.

We send all packages with Royal Mail using their tracked 24 or 48-hour delivery service.

If you need your medication immediately (i.e. an acute medication) and your GP has issued the prescription to LloydsDirect, we are able to make the prescription available to collect from any pharmacy that’s convenient for you to get to.
