To keep our service safe, the legal name and gender on your LloydsDirect account needs to match what the NHS has on record for you.

If your legal name or gender has changed since you created your account, contact us so we can update it.

Adding a preferred name to your account

If you’d rather we called you something other than your legal name, you can add a preferred name to your account.
