How we refund cancelled orders, and how long it takes to appear on your bank statement.

We automatically issue a refund when you:

  • cancel an order

  • request a prescription barcode to collect medicine from a different pharmacy

We’ll send you an email to confirm your refund. After you receive this email, it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

If your refund takes longer than this to appear, we recommend contacting your bank directly.
