If you are using the website, you can go to https://web.lloydsdirect.co.uk/login

  • Go to Account

  • Delete account.

If you are using the app, please log in and head to Help (on the bottom), select any patient in the account and you'll see Delete my account within the Account section. Here is a screenshot to guide you:

This will remove LloydsDirect as your registered pharmacy to ensure that we do not receive any future prescriptions and any outstanding orders will be cancelled and, where payment was taken, refunded.
