Not getting emails from LloydsDirect?

We regularly send important emails about your medicine, orders, and account.

If you do not receive these emails, there are a few things you can do:

  • Check your email spam folders

  • Check we have the right contact email address

  • Add us to an approved senders list

Check your spam folders

Search your email spam folders for any emails from us. They'll usually come from noreply@lloydsdirect.co.uk.

If you find an email from us, mark it as not spam to make sure you get our emails in the future.

Check we have the right contact email address

Log in to your account and check we have the right email address for you.

If the email address is not right, select Change email address to update it.

Add us to an approved senders list

Most email providers let you set up an approved or safe senders list. The addresses you add to this list never get marked as spam.

Add our email address noreply@lloydsdirect.co.uk to your approved or safe senders list.

Tip: Add our domain @lloydsdirect.co.uk to the list too, if you can. Just in case we send emails from a different address in the future.
