We can deliver your medicine to any address in the UK, for free.
You can add multiple delivery addresses, such as your work address or a relative’s house. Or find a local Post Office collection point.
Tip: You can also edit an address to change the recipient name on your deliveries.
Log in to LloydsDirect.
Go to Account.
Select Delivery addresses.
To add a new address, select Add delivery address.
To update an existing address, select Edit address.
To add a new collection point, select Add collection point.
Change delivery address for a recent order
To change the delivery address for a recent order, contact our support team.
Note: We can’t change the delivery address if your medicine is already in the post.
