Set a default payment method so your preferred card details appear when you pay for a prescription.
If you only have 1 payment method on your account, that will be your default payment method and you don’t need to set one.
Setting a default payment method
Log in to LloydsDirect
Go to Account.
Select Payment methods.
Using lloydsdirect.co.uk? Select Set default next to the payment method.
Using the Lloyds Direct app? Tap the payment method you want to set as default, then Set as default payment method.
