The receipts that we provide, and what you can use instead of an itemised receipt.

When you pay for a prescription, we email you a receipt for your payment.

To find this receipt in your email inbox, try searching for Your LloydsDirect receipt. If you can’t find the email, check in your spam or junk folder.

We don’t provide itemised or other detailed receipts than this email.

If you need a more detailed receipt for insurance or tax purposes, you should be able to provide a copy of your email receipt along with one of the following:

  • a copy of the prescription issued by your GP – get this by talking to your GP or contacting us

  • photos of the dispensing labels on your medicine packs
