We always confirm the medicine you order with your GP, so it’s important we have the right GP surgery listed in your account.
If you’ve recently changed your GP surgery, here’s how to update it in your LloydsDirect account:
Go to Account.
Select your name.
Select Change your GP surgery.
Find your new GP surgery by entering the surgery name, postcode or address into the search bar.
Select Update your GP surgery (web) / Select this GP surgery (mobile app).
Your new GP surgery should now appear in your account.
Updating GP surgery for someone else
If you manage medicine for a loved one and they change their GP surgery, here’s how to update it in your account:
Go to Account.
Select the name of the person you want to change the GP surgery for.
Select Change their GP surgery.
Find their new GP surgery by entering the surgery name, postcode or address into the search bar.
Select Update their GP surgery (web) / Select this GP surgery (mobile app).
Their new GP surgery should now appear in your account.
