Dose reminders are app notifications we send to remind you to take your medicine at the right time.
Your dose reminders are set for each medicine using your GP’s instructions for when to take the medicine. But you can change the time of your dose reminders, mute them for individual medicines, or turn them off completely.
Changing the time for dose reminders
Open the LloydsDirect app.
Go to Medicine.
Select the medicine you’d like to change the dose reminder for.
Next to the reminder, select Change.
Use the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons to adjust the time of the reminder
Select Save changes.
Repeat for any other medicines you’d like to change.
Muting dose reminders for a medicine
Open the LloydsDirect app.
Go to Medicine.
Select the medicine you’d like to change the dose reminder for.
Next to the reminder, select Change.
Turn on Mute notifications.
Repeat for any other reminders you’d like to mute.
Turning off all dose reminders
Open the LloydsDirect app.
Go to Account.
Select Notification preferences.
Select Dose reminders.
Turn off Dose reminders.
When your dose reminders are turned off, you won’t get reminders to take your medicine anymore.
