If you’ve forgotten your password or just want a new one for security reasons, here’s how to reset your password:
Go to our forgot password page.
Enter the email address you use with your LloydsDirect account, then select Send password reset email.
You should receive an email from us within a few minutes. Open the email, then select Reset password.
Enter your new password, then select Save new password.
Your new password should be saved. You’ll use it to log in from now on.
