Cancelling an order

Learn how to cancel a recent order.

You can cancel an order if your medicine hasn’t left our central pharmacy yet.

  1. Go to Medicine.

  2. Select a medicine on the order you want to cancel.

  3. Select See order details.

  4. Select Cancel this order.

  5. Choose the medicines you want to cancel and the reason you’re cancelling, then select Cancel order.

Order already dispatched?

You cannot cancel an order if we’ve already dispatched it.

Order taking too long?

There are other ways to get your medicine quicker.
